"Waste the Popcorn!" will be held on the 6 and 7 of November 2009 at the Chapel Theatre, corner Bourke and Church Sts, Glen Innes, with pre-screenings on the evening of Friday 6 November, in the afternoon of Saturday 7 November, and with the official screenings / awards night for short listed films to be on the evening of Saturday 7 November.

The event will be a black tie and red carpet gala affair, with the spotlight on the film producers / directors / actors.
