Screen NSW may also consider the diversity of productions and regions supported under the program.
You must submit all core items listed on the application form.
If you are applying to both the Production Finance program and the Regional Filming Fund for your project, please submit the applications concurrently via the Production Finance form.
If your application is only for the Regional Filming Fund, please apply via the Regional Filming Fund form.
Screen Investment team members assess projects across our entire suite of development and production programs.
Shortlisted applications are presented to the Film and Television Industry Advisory Committee for recommendation to the Secretary, who is the final decision maker.
The timeline for funding decisions for Regional Filming Fund applications is currently expected to take up to 3 months from application submission.
If successful, the applicant must enter into and abide by the terms of an agreement with us, which will include the funding’s deliverables and acquittal requirements.

The Production Finance program provides funding for projects produced or post-produced in NSW.

The Screenability Filmmakers Fund supports short film proposals of a 12-minute maximum duration to NSW-based teams who have at least one Key Creative (writer, director, producer) identifying as having a disability.
